The pain and grief of losing a loved one can leave someone feeling extremely lonely. Holding a teddy bear, that is weighted, can relieve stress and create a sense of calm. Our bears are weighted at 3.5 lbs. Research has also proven that using weight can help relieve anxiety. It is our hope, that a weighted Angel Bear will bring some comfort and help begin the healing process. It is recommended to allow the bear to lay on your chest to help with anxiety.  

For those coping with ongoing Anxiety, Autism, Sensory Issues or ADHD a Weighted Bear can bring a sense of calm. Laying the bear on your chest or hugging the bear tells your autonomic nervous system to go into “rest mode". This creates an overall sense of peace and calm.

Our Sympathy Bear is a high quality, fully jointed 16" classic teddy bear. The pads of her feet are colored in your choice of Ivory, Rose pink or Powder blue. She comes with a matching Ivory, Pink, Ocean Waves or Blue ribbon tied around her neck. She has a very soft fur coat and a carefully hand-sewn nose.  

Walter's Bears', were designed here in the USA by a mother who lost her son to Trisomy 18 and wanted to bring peace & happiness to others as part of her healing process. Each teddy bear comes with a gold heart-shaped rivet affixed to the upper right chest as a tribute to Baby Walter (her son). Every Teddy Bear is carefully examined and customized by her in Pennsylvania. The bears are then wrapped in tissue paper, carefully boxed up and shipped out within 1-2 business days.

How to Clean your Bear:
